Cullen Criswell, owner of 4C Inspections, was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas and brings over a decade of hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, and project management to every inspection. A graduate of Tascosa High School and Amarillo College, Cullen has worked in nearly every phase of residential construction — from carpentry and HVAC to warranty management and large-scale homebuilding.

Throughout his career, Cullen has overseen new construction and remodeling projects across Amarillo, Canyon, Canadian, Pampa, Borger, Dumas, Happy, Bushland, and surrounding areas. His experience with companies such as Blue Haven Homes, Betenbough Homes, and Yellow City Remodeling gives him a trained eye for identifying workmanship issues, construction defects, and costly concerns before they become major problems.

At 4C Inspections, Cullen combines real-world building knowledge with honest, detailed reporting to help clients make confident real estate decisions.
