With extensive experience as a builder and construction project manager, Cullen Criswell brings valuable real-world insight to new home construction inspections. Through phase inspections during the building process, Cullen can identify small issues early — before they become costly problems for the homeowner later on.

4C Inspections also offers final inspections prior to move-in to help ensure the builder has properly completed the home and that it is ready for occupancy. In addition, 11-month warranty inspections are available to uncover hidden defects or concerns before the builder’s warranty expires, helping homeowners protect their investment and avoid unexpected repairs.

Pre-Listing and Pre-Purchase

Real estate transaction are the largest financial transactions that most people make during their lifetime and as such, can be full of stress and uncertainty. We help relieve that stress by offering sellers pre-listing inspections so they understand what items to address before putting their home on the market. We also offer pre-purchase inspections for buyers to ensure the home they are considering has the value they expect. A quality inspection allows buyers to be confident in negotiating any issues prior to purchase.
